How to use manual applicators

This is a manual applicator is a very easy to use, cartridge capacity is 310ml usually.
Step1： The preparation of materials
Remove the seal at sealant barrel front-end completely before use, installing nozzle and cut open the mouth tip.
Step2：Load cartridge
Left hand holding the handle of manual applicator, the thumb pressing the locking lugs and pull out the push rod.
Pull rod to the end and load cartridge.
Step3：Cartridge load finished
The picture on the right shows the correct loading of cartridge
Step4： Adjust the position of the piston
Press locking lugs, to push the rod piston aim the cartridge bottom cover,
Then holding the trigger several times push rod piston push against the cartridge bottom cover.
Step5： Dispensing material
Repeated trigger extruding sealant to dispensing material
Step6：Remove the empty cartridge
Dispensing material is finished, left hand holding the handle of manual applicator and thumb pressing the locking lug and pull rod back.
Pull rod to the end and remove the empty cartridge.
