How to do when pneumatic applicators front cover air leakage

When cartridge into the barrel of the pneumatic applicators, must tighten the front cap, if the front cap has air leakage, please check the following:
1) the front cap is tightened
2) check the cartridge in the barrel should not rotate when front cap tightened, otherwise the cartridge is too short, do not meet the standard.
3) check the cartridge cylinder bottom, metal aluminum tube packaging storage and transportation can cause collision causes cylinder bottom be uneven.
