How to use Jetflow 3 sachet applicators

Step1：Openings
Remove dust cap and seal thread
(PTFE tape recommended).
Step2： Connect the trachea
Fit airline adapter (not supplied).
Step3：Connect the trachea
Attach airline connection (not supplied).
Step4：Prepare glue
Remove tip of sachet with a pair of
sharp cutters.
Puncture the front end of the pouch
with a screwdriver.
Step5：Prepare glue
Remove front barrel cap from the applicator and insert the
white sachet nozzle (Cox PN: 2M2620, 5 supplied) into the
front cap as shown.
Remove the front barrel cap from the applicator. Push the
head of the open pouch into the base of the white sachet
nozzle. (Cox PN: 2M2620, 5 supplied)
Step6： Loaded plastic
Insert the opened sachet into applicator barrel and
replace the front cap.
Insert the sachet nozzle into the front barrel cap. Lower
the pouch into the applicator barrel and replace the front cap.
Step7： Tighten the front cover
Make sure that the front cap is a tight
fit to the barrel.
Step8：Installed outside the nozzle
Fit the outer nozzle (Cox PN:
2M2588, 5 supplied) and screw
it into the front cap assembly.
Step9：Flow regulation
Turn regulator knob clockwise
to increase material flow and
anticlockwise to reduce flow.
Step10：Conversion facilities and spraying drops
To spray sealant, turn the nozzle holder anticlockwise.
To apply a bead of sealant, rotate the nozzle holder in a
clockwise direction.
Step11： Sizing
Squeeze trigger to start
dispensing material.
