How to use Jetflow 3 cartridge applicators

This is a very easy to use pneumatic glue gun (which can be used in hard plastic tube packaging or sausage-type flexible packaging glue, this glue is the most common capacity of 310ml, 400ml and 600ml there are cones basically the same dimensions, the market 400ml rarely used) simple to use.
Step1：Openings
Remove dust cap and seal thread (PTFE tape recommended).
Step2：Connect the trachea
Fit airline adapter (not supplied)
Step3：Connect the trachea
Attach airline connection (not supplied).
Step4：Prepare
Puncture the cartridge seal with a screwdriver.
Remove cartridge end with a sharp knife.
Step5：Prepare
Attach white plastic nozzle cartridge.
(Cox PN: 2M2604, 5 supplied)
Attach black plastic nozzle to cartridge.
(Cox PN: 2M2604, 5 supplied）
Step6：Prepare
Carefully puncture the rear foil seal with a screwdriver.Remove and discard.
Remove and discard rear cartridge seal and desiccant container.
Step7：Prepare
Remove front barrel cap.
Step8：Load
Insert cartridge into barrel.
Step9：Load
Replace front barrel cap.
Step10：Load
Ensure a tight fit to the barrel.
Step11：Load
Fit the outer nozzle (Cox PN: 2M 2588, 5 supplied) and screw it into the front cap assembly.
Step12：Drops or spray
To spray sealant, turn the nozzle holder anticlockwise. To apply a bead of sealant,rotate the nozzle holder in a clockwise direction.
Step13：Gas pressure regulators
Turn regulator knob clockwise to increase material flow and anticlockwise to reduce flow.
Step14：Sizing
Squeeze trigger to start dispensing material.
